Introduction to Custom Italian Charms:  There are several different types of Italian Charms available.  All have some kind of special image on them, whether it is manufactured, lasered, enameled, painted, etc.  The charms at Custom Charms by Cassandra are hand-crafted from carefully chosen pictures and photographs.  Click the "About Custom Charms" & "Instructions & Care" links above for more information about these unique charms.

Link Sizes Available:

1)   Standard 9mm – Most Custom Charms on this Website are the standard 9mm, the most popular size for Italian Charms.

             

2)   13mm – 13mm Custom Charms are slightly larger than the standard 9mm, and are enjoyed because of the bigger pictures.  13mm charms are not compatible and therefore will not link with any other size Italian Charms, including 9mm, Superlink or Megalink Charms.

3)   Superlinks – Superlink Custom Charms are twice the length of the standard 9mm, and are ideal for long words or images.  Superlinks are compatible with 9mm and Megalink Charms.

4)   Megalinks / 18mm – Megalink Custom Charms are large Italian Charms that measure 18mm, and are 4 times the size of the standard 9mm.  Megalinks are designed to attach two standard Italian Charm bracelets to create one bold bracelet.  They can also be used in any combination with 9mm or Superlink charms, or by themselves.

             

Link Options:

1)   Orientation – Some 9mm and Superlink Charms are only available in a Vertical format.  This is necessary when a picture must be cropped vertically to best enhance the subject.  Vertical Charms sit sideways on the bracelet, and are just as beautiful as the Horizontal Charms.

Compatibility:  Every Custom Italian Charm attaches perfectly with other same-size brands of Italian charm, including:  Zoppini, Nomination, Talexia, Puzzle, Roma, Italia, Passavinti, Unodomani, ReFlorence, Pugster, D'linq, etc.

Shopping this Website:  As you browse, click on any Custom Charm picture to see a larger version of the Charm.  Some Charm pictures also have detailed descriptions or fun and interesting information about the subject.  The Watermarks on the Charm pictures will not appear on the actual charms.

Bracelet Sizing:  The number of links needed to complete a Custom Italian Charm Bracelet depends on the size of your wrist and how loosely you like it to fit.  These sizing charts should provide a general guideline:

Payment Options:  Most major credit cards are accepted, as well as Paypal, a free online payment service.  If needed, special arrangements can be made for a Money Order or Cashier's Check–just contact me.

Shipping / Handling:  Shipping & Handling is just one charge per order, no matter how many charms you get.  Most Custom Charms are made when ordered, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your Order to ship, and up to 3 weeks for Special Orders to ship.  International shipments are sometimes slow to arrive, so please be patient.

• U.S. – $3 per order for USPS First class delivery, w/ FREE Delivery Confirmation.

• Canada / International – $4 per order for USPS 1^st class delivery.

Postal Insurance:  You may buy Insurance for all purchases mailed within the U.S. for an additional $3 per order, no matter what size the order.  Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirming shipment and providing a Delivery Confirmation number through Stamps.com.  You may check the status of your order using this Delivery Confirmation number.      If you opt out of purchasing Insurance, this Website cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or misplaced by the U.S. Postal Service.

Returns & Exchanges:  I strive to make your shopping experience enjoyable, so buy with confidence!  If you receive a Charm or Accessory Item in error or that is defective you may return it within 15 days of receiving it, and I will gladly exchange it with no additional shipping charges.  Glitches occasionally happen, so simply email to let me know of the problem and mail back the Item in a protected envelope.  Because Custom Charms are specially made for you when ordered, all sales are final and there are no returns or refunds.  I want to be sure that you are getting what you want, so please contact me before ordering if you have any questions.
